Choteau Mountain View RV Campground

Simple, very clean, nice walking path for the pups, friendly staff , cute little cabin. Close to town.

I had the pleasure of staying a night in April 2026 at the Choteau Mountain View RV Campground in Choteau, Montana. I was returning from Idaho with a vehicle I had purchase in Twin Falls, Idaho. Suzi was very helpful and an excellent ambassador for here business and the community. I truly appreciated the clean washrooms, onsite laundry facilities, and excellent Wi-Fi connection. As I was working with a brokerage to get my vehicle back to Canada, it was important to stay in contact, Wi-Fi makes that a lot easier. I stayed for the weekend of the Wild Wings celebration. They opened the park on Friday to accommodate visitors. Still too cold to turn water, but electricity, sewer worked. The bathrooms/showers were very nice and warm! All gravel spots, mostly pull thru, well designed layout. Susie was a wonderful host. Just 3/4 mile from town this was a perfect spot for the weekend activities.

Terrific, practical, campground with very level spots, large clean bathrooms, and an amazing accommodating staff in a super convenient location!

We stayed overnight in one of the cabins. The cabin is well-designed with a sturdy desk, chair and serviceable low side table near the beds. It was clean and cozy, and surprisingly roomy for two humans and a dog. The cabin is wired for heat and has solid wifi and an electrical outlet. The cabin porch is nice -- it's covered with a two-person swing. The grounds were very clean. Bathroom was super clean. It was quiet and safe (cabin has a deadbolt on the door), and the proprietor, Susie was friendly and helpful. For our traveling style, it was better than any motel in Choteau or Fairfield, and l…
