Chico Hot Springs Resort & Day Spa

Ever since Chico was sold to big company it has gone way downhill in quality and way up in price. We used to enjoy staying because we felt like we got our money's worth for whatever room we booked. Now rooms are way overpriced for what you get. It also looks like the pool facelift is getting done with little to no improvements in overall space. We used to always have dinner in the dining room, but sadly it too seems to have cut some corners and focusing more on the bottom line than the little extra's it used to provide, (home made breadsticks, roasted tomato halves with the beef wellington)…

Please update the cabins way over priced for how outdated and run down they are. The price that it costs to stay in 2000 era built cabins is very expensive Chico use to be five star resort please bring it back to that

Popped in for a day soak, turns out they're doing renovations until May 21st had a beer and this monstrous quesadilla since I was already here. Mind you half the quesadilla was already gone before I took the picture. The food was worth the price the stuff was cordial polite and helpful, and as usual The food was phenomenal.

Been going here for years. If your here for the first time and find the bartenders rude in the big bar it's not you. They think their doing you a favor and you still tip them because they hand you a drink. Go to the dining room to eat and drink, you will have a way better experience or go to the Sage. The dining room bar a 5. The big bar a 1.
