Built in 1836, welcome to our river home. Step right into the sun filled living room with wood floors, wood beam ceiling and a wood fireplace. As you make your way through the first level, you will find a mudroom with exterior access and an adjoining half bathroom, a dinning room and a kitchen with access to the outdoor deck and large fenced back yard. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and one extra room, along with a bathroom. The rooms are surrounded with both garden and river views. ACCESS Full access NEIGHBORHOOD This is a very peaceful and quite neighborhood, with a combination of young families and retired folks. Pls keep in mind that we do have neighbors, so this house will be ideal for a quite and peaceful getaway. No loud gatherings allowed. Thank you. TRANSIT • For 1st and 2nd car: The house has two spots to use that our part of the property: the driveway for the house and directly across the street is another driveway (river side). • If you need to park a 3rd or 4th vehicle please: park in front of the house (2x cars fit there, one will block the house driveway). • DO NOT PARK: In front of 52 River Dr (the blue house) as they really like the view of the river not to be interrupted. NOTES Located in an extremely friendly neighborhood right on the Delaware river. Wonderful for sunset walks and just a short (10 min) drive, or reasonable bike ride, from Lambertville / New Hope. Events are not allowed at this location. ADDITIONAL RULES Please do not park in front of 52 River Dr. No noise outside after 10pm No fireworks
