This unit is approximately 700-800 sq. ft and laid out to offer plenty of room for all staying. There's a king bed in the bedroom and also a sleeper couch in the living room. Driveway parking available, one parking space. Guest access The guest has access to the entire place, laundry, and yard. The laundry and yard is shared space Other things to note Laundry room and courtyard are shared spaces. Pack 'n Play is available upon request. Note: Receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property. No pets allowed. **Max occupancy at all times is 4. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered. We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions. **Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay. **Minimum Main Guest Age: 24 **The property is wheelchair accessible. ACCESS The guest has access to the entire apartment, laundry, and yard. The laundry and yard are shared spaces.
