This newly built cabin in 2019 includes: two bedrooms, two full baths, a laundry room, an oversized covered patio, and sleeps up to six guests. Pets are welcome at a $25 per night. The cabin is located on our resort located near our event area and clubhouse! Some spaces are shared. No events will take place at the tent venue when the cabin is rented. The clubhouse books separately and can be booked by other guests. Contact us for clubhouse availability. SPACE RESORT ACTIVITIES- PLEASE CALL * event tent, enclosed seasonal swimming pool, basketball and tennis court, ATV rentals, game room includes: movie room, pool table, poker table, foosball table, kitchenette, on or offsite massages provided by local spa, weddings, birthdays, prom, family reunions, and more! Only cabin is available as we are under renovation due to a storm this year. NEIGHBORHOOD Located near Lake Texoma and Eisenhower State Park. TRANSIT Parking on site for vehicles and boat trailer. NOTES The cabin has a TV to hook up your laptop or streaming device via HDMI cable. No cable TV provided. This property has a pond on it. Please watch children around the water. Early & Late check outs available with a fee if applicable. ADDITIONAL RULES 📝 House Rules & Important Information 1. 🚭 No Smoking – No smoking in home. Minimum $100 fee plus any additional charges. 2. 🐾 Pets Allowed – This property allows 1 pet. Pet fee must be paid prior to your arrival. Please do not let pet on furniture. Pets must be on a leash at all times. Minimum of $100 fee applied if signs of pet found. 3. 🎉 No Events, Parties, or Unauthorized Guests – Only the number of guests on the reservation may stay. Violations will result in removal. Plus additional fees. 4.🌊 Water Safety – Property may include a pool, hot tub, or be near a lake/pond. These areas are not gated. Children must be supervised at all times. Swimming and fishing are at your own risk. 5.🛠️ Damage & Repairs – If damage requiring repair/replacement is found after your stay, a $50–$75 fee will be added to cover dispatching a repair person. Plus the cost of repair. 6.🐜 Wildlife & Outdoors – Homes near lakes, ponds, or acreage may have bugs and outdoor wildlife. Regular pest service is provided, but nature is part of the experience. We can not prevent nature. If you leave the outside lights on and the doors open, insects will come inside. 7.🔥 Fire Pit – Please extinguish fires if unattended. Firewood and fire starters are not provided. 8.⏰ Check‑In/Out Times – Strictly enforced. Early check‑in or late check‑out fees apply at $25 per hour. 9.📺 TV Service – No cable or satellite provided. 10.👨🏼 Please be respectful of neighbors. 11. 🐟 Fishing is catch and release only. 12.🗑️ Please do not leave trash outside. 14.🚗 Parking is provided on site. Park on the right side when entering the property on the grass area. Do not block driveway, trail, or path. 💡 Additional Notes • This property has been a well‑loved vacation rental for several seasons. Normal signs of use may be present. • This property is individually owned. The homeowner strives to provide a clean, safe environment for all guests.
