Inside, you’ll find comfortable accommodations for up to 8 guests, with thoughtful touches to make your stay effortless. Spend your mornings enjoying coffee on the porch while soaking in the fresh mountain air, and your evenings unwinding in the private hot tub under a canopy of stars. In less than 5 miles, you can explore top restaurants, wineries, breweries, and boutique shops. Meanwhile, those craving excitement will enjoy the close proximity to the casino and its entertainment offerings. Whether you’re here to reconnect with nature, indulge in local dining and attractions, or simply relax in comfort, Broken Road Hideaway offers the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. Come experience a getaway that truly has something for everyone! Special Request/Concierge Services: Do you have a special request to help knock your stay out of the park? Just ask, we have many packages available! **This property has a Ring doorbell over the front door with audio and video capabilities 24/7** What To Bring: • Bring OFF for chiggers/ mosquitoes/ ticks/ etc. • Favorite coffee and creamers (a starter kit is left at each property) • Condiments • Oils, seasonings, and cooking basics • Ice (some ice makers can be finicky) • Personal Toiletries Our on-site housekeeping crews provide a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished, but there are local stores that can assist with any needs that come up! Below is a list of the items: • 1-2 rolls of toilet paper, per bathroom • 1 bottle of hand soap, per bathroom • 2 bathroom garbage bags, per bathroom • 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower • 1 roll of paper towels • 1 bottle of dish soap • 2 sponges • 4 dishwasher pods • a handful of tall kitchen garbage bags • handful of coffee pods • Coffee grounds for a pot of coffee • Coffee filters • Starter coffee creamer • Starter coffee sugar • Salt/ pepper • 1 small bottle of laundry soap • 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed) Fireplaces: Available for your enjoyment from October 1-March 31 Other things to note: - Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in a heavily-treed area, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments. If there is an abundance of critters, please inform your host. - Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. - ABSOLUTLEY NO smoking *in* the home. - Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. We charge $75 for two hours late/early for all requests of early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts.
