Newly renovated (2016) timber frame chalet set in a magical setting. This is one of the nicest views of both Black Mountain and Mt. Washington. Open concept living, including a wall of windows allowing you to enjoy the view. Chef’s kitchen, including all Kitchen Aid appliances. Master bedroom suite in the , plus a separate shower and soaking tub. There are 2 bedrooms on the bottom floor. All of this is less than five minutes to Jackson Village, fifteen minutes to Attitash and 5 to Black Mountain Our home will leave you saying "wow". Waking up here and having a cup of coffee on the porch with views of Mt Washington will be a memory you will never forget. Relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of hiking or skiing will also last as a memory for years to come. Our kitchen is fully equipped and sparkling clean. Come make so memories! COVID CLEANING PROTOCOL ON OUR HOME: We use a professional cleaning crew to take care of our home and they complete the following actions on EVERY cleaning. - Sanitize high-touch surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, remotes, stove buttons, sinks, toilet handles etc. - Use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination - Refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room - Provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay - Comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines [B] Identifies this home being professionally managed by Birch Hospitality. Jeremiah and Lisseth are my co-hosts and they will be available 24/7 for any questions or issues. They will provide their cell phone number in case you need it. Our home is located in one of the most beautiful towns in all New Hampshire, Jackson. We are on a nice quiet road with incredible views. You will need a car while staying in our home. In the winter months we suggest either an SUV or something that doesnt have a hard time in the snow. Mountain View Road is off a road called Dundee road which has a slight incline to it. If there is a snow storm, Dundee road could be a challenge if your care is 2 wheel drive. Uber is available sometimes, we have had guests use it successfully in the past. High-speed Wifi Available Renter must be over the age of 25. For group rentals, all in the party must be over 25. (Does not apply to families). No Smoking No Pets Parking for 5 Cars Maximum Occupancy is 13 Security System / no cameras ** The driveway is steep and not in great shape due to some pretty rough past winters. Please note that without 4 wheel drive, it may be challenging to get up the driveway. If needed you can park in the little parking cove at the beginning of the driveway or on the street.
