Not as advertised. Every site is marked as handicapped accessible, but none of them are. The picnic tables were not wheelchair accessible. Most of the sites were a long distance from the bathhouse. There was no accessible parking spot at the bathhouse. One of the five showers was supposedly handicapped accessible. It did not have a shower seat. It did not have an accessible shower wand for bathing. The website claims that the bathhouse is modern. It may have been when it was built, but now it is tiered and in need of an update. This is a great forestry campground. Sites are well spaced. Electric available at some. Dump station and central potable water spigot to fill RVs is available as well.
We recently in March 2026 stayed at Cedar Point Campground and overall found it to be a clean , manacured , very pretty, peaceful place surrounded by woods. It’s a quiet campground, which made for a really relaxing tent camping experience, and the weather during our stay was wonderful for tent camping . We hated it was chilly enough we couldn’t get in the ocean. All of the sites have electric, but water access is limited.
