Great park on southside of town- perfect location for an 20min easy drive to the caverns but also still “in town” so close to gas stations, Walmart, dispensaries, lots of fast food spots and they have an incredible Mexican restaurant El Jalisco directly next door and easy walk. Park is clean and some great trees, full hookups, level gravel sites, multiple dog parks, huge laundry room with change machine, indoor pool and new event room we peeked in on. This is a large park under new mgmt & mgmt is really nice. Lots of spots & grounds are really level. Utilities are all good too & the wifi was excellent. They have double (buddy) sites they use as extra long pull thrus. It's close to the Caverns (about 35 mins) and Guadalupe Mtns (about an hr). The only con is the street noise. The cars & motorcycles are loud - all day & nite, but whatcha gonna do? We would stay here again in our 40 ft motorhome.

This campground is practically empty for its size. We are packed in like sardines as far as the spaces go but it's quiet to be off a main drag. It is gated, has a pool, bath houses, laundry facilities, gift store and dog runs. They are having to do some remodeling for expansion and we were without water for a few hours.
This is a difficult campground to review. I believe we just happened to be there at a bad time. During our stay, the campground was in the process of upgrading services to many of their camp sites. This caused an interruption to utilities. While we had a site with full hookups, two of the four days of our stay, we had no water from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. When the water was off to our campsite, it was also off in the bath house/bathroom. So no toilets during the time from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on those days. Even though there was supposed to be cable provided, we had no cable service during t…
