Cardwell Campground + Glassy Junction Bar, Grill, & Casino

We stayed here in October. The campground (CG) was easy to access right off I-90. We pulled off to the side of the General Store next to the RV park for check-in, which was quick and easy. We had originally selected pull-through Site 18 online, but a large boulder beside the pad made it impossible to fit our 40' toy hauler and F-450. As promised during check-in, there were backup options available, and Greg came out to assist us and reassigned us to pull-through Site 1 with water and electric (50/30/20 AMP). Cardwell General store and rv park is so nice and clean. This place has it all. Clean showers laundry. The rv park has river side spots cabins and even tent sites. They have a playground for the kids with slides and swings. This is one of nicest campgrounds around. The general store has a little of everything. The staff is super friendly and Greg is super awesome. We thank You guys for letting us setup our Duckworth's Daily Bread Sourdough stuff. We really appreciate you guys and look forward to setting up here in the future.

Yes we could here the cars but that didn't bother us at all. It was a beautiful camp spot. Kid and pet friendly. We only needed it for one day since we were only passing through but the bathroom and showers were available, warm, and clean.

This is a little out of the way campground but it is a really nice place for a peaceful retreat for a couple of days. I think Cardwell has about 75 residents, to give you an idea of how small the town is. We had what we needed and there are great walking paths for the humans and dogs alike. We had no trouble adding a day due to high winds and rain in the area that we didn't want to drive through. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
