It is a lovely space and the host do a decent job but it is extremely loud. There is a gun range or maybe it's a private citizen but they shoot starting at 6:00 a.m. also for some reason people brought a newborn that cried all night extremely loud. Being that close to the lake at echoes off the water. There's a decent hike nearby but between the dogs working the baby crying in the 6:00 a.m. gunshots we will not come back. Also our site is on a slope as I noticed others have mentioned you cannot really sit by the fire.
Site 10 was perfect, absolutely beautiful. Hopefully next time camping I can book the ones directly on the lake.
