Nice park for a short stay. Not much going on because it’s only May 1st. Pool not yet open and not very many people in the park. No one in the office except for minimal hours. Had to call for site number but that worked out fine. Good location near a walking path and restaurants.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This is by far the worst campground we’ve stayed at. The entire property is poorly maintained—little to no gravel, and standing water everywhere. You’re required to park on gravel, but there basically isn’t any, so vehicles inevitably leave ruts in the mud. They charge a deposit and based on our experience and multiple other campers, they seem to look for reasons to keep it.
