Would like it better if hiker/cyclists we're more respectful to the fact that it is a campsite. People ride through this spot as don't even care... Wouldn't camp at this site again.
Place is beautiful, great trails. One of the Forest Rangers may harass campers. We are in stage 1 fire restrictions. This means no open camp fires, barbecue grills, fireworks, etc. But what you can do is have a fire in a metal or cement structure put in by the US forest service. It clearly states this. Unless there is a wind advisory this is what campers can do. Also you can have propane camping stoves which I have.
