Incredibly peaceful. Relatively easy short hike down to the bottom of the falls or a quick walk down the road to the bridge/top of falls.
Campbell Falls itself is the undeniable highlight of this state park — genuinely stunning and worth the visit on its own. The trail to reach it is short and manageable. However the overall park experience is average at best; restrooms were poorly maintained, facilities are sparse, and it gets quite crowded on nice days making parking a real challenge. A beautiful natural feature let down by the surrounding infrastructure.
