Hidden gem for sure. Close to the redwoods and has everything you need. Lots of campgrounds can feel run down but you can see the attention to detail they put into this space.
Everywhere was so well kept, clean and very well looked after. Beautiful site. Site 8 ocean front was only 30amp though not 50amp. Didn't matter to us but it might in mid summer.
Camp Trinidad is a fantastic spot if you’re planning to visit the Redwoods! The attention to detail was truly impressive, and the site was kept in pristine condition. We only had one night there, and there was fog, but I could still see the ocean (Site #10) from our spot. I’m sure it’s even more breathtaking on a clear day. The thoughtful little touches on the site and in the campground make it a wonderful place to gather with family and kids. It felt very safe. The bathrooms were meticulously maintained and spotless.
