This is a small .62 acre lot in a forested area with privacy and seclusion. Located .1 miles from Museum of Automobiles and 1.5 miles from Petit Jean State Park. A recently completed circle drive allows Class B motorhomes or small trailers to access camping area near unnamed intermittent creek. We are furnishing a 6' picnic table, 3 Adirondack chairs, and 2 wooden camp chairs with table near the creek, along with a horseshoe court and two 10' X 10' walk-in tent pads near the creek. Petit Jean SP is Arkansas' first state park and is the second most visited park in Arkansas. Fabulous day hiking or overnight backpacking in and around the park and fishing in Lake Bailey. Nearby there is also a petting zoo, horseback riding and farmers market and small airport.

First of all, a big thanks to Frank for sharing this land with us! It's fantastic. It is what I call roughing it- no water, shower, etc and it was perfect! There are so many people at public campgrounds today, that's not what you will find here! I was on my own except for a wonderful black and white dog who came and spent the evening with me. The grounds are rustic, just like nature should be. The stream was incredible to do morning yoga by and enjoy the sunrise. In the middle of the night I was serenaded by a hoot owl and loved it. It was my second visit and as great as the first! It was such a great experience for me solo camping the first time and I had to bring my husband this time! The owner is putting a lot of work into the site to make it even more amazing. We had fun playing horse shoes, hanging in our hammocks and a starry night! It is nice to be close to Petit Jean but to be in total seclusion. To see all the people at the state park and then know that all you will hear at your campsite is nature. Great place, highly rated, we will be returning.
This was a perfect spot- Close to all of the Petit Jean activities, but a private retreat to come home to. A lot of tlc went into this place, and it shows! We will definitely be back.

Close to PJ State park, private quiet and safe, our 2nd time!
We had a great time at this location. We camped here for the 2024 Eclipse, and it was a great value for the money, a very clean site, and perfect location. The dogs nextdoor WILL bark at you, but once they see you in daylight, everything is fine, and they are very friendly, and well-behaved. Be sure to bring a camping toilet (we did) as there's no place nearby with public restrooms, especially if you need to go at night. Frank is very friendly, and helpful — the perfect host.
