Stayed here 3 years ago and it was great. Now it was a disappointment. Grass and weeds were taking over parking areas. Dead tree limbs down around our spot. Cable was not working. The guy at check in was ok. He changed our spot we had paid extra for and did not even show us how to get to the new spot. And what was with all the reptile tanks in the so-called office area, did not feel welcoming to me.
Not fancy. Good for a nights stay. Front desk person was extremely helpful.
We have stayed in the park many times but this last time with a charge of $69.30 is a lot to pay so it will probably be our last time to stay in the Burns RV Park..

DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOURS AND YOUR FAMILIES SAFETY! Aubrey Simon and Kerri Simon are ruthless, rude, discriminatory, angry at everybody, and love to play victim and blame everybody else and takes no responsibility for anything. They can't maintain or clean the property. And Aubrey Simon, the manager, is violent. He physically attacked me for me telling him he's not allowed to touch the things I own without my permission. I was punched 7 times, my face is bruised and cops are called. 02/21/26, I'm hospitalized as I'm texting this.
