Seems to be way too many people and trucks driving through out the park all night load and fast in the park

Campers!! Beware!! If I could give zero stars I would. The manager here said they absolutely would not issue any type of refund for my emergency surgery even though Corporate KOA stated they do have the authority and ability to do so. The manager here actually said to me, "We held up our end, and I don't have to do anything Corporate says!" Then she hung up on me. The least she should have done is refund me a portion - half would have been fair and I would've accepted those terms no problem. This manager is extremely rude, nasty and uncompassionate. Very Tight to get in and out and the bathrooms are gross .

Great campground outside of Kingsport town. Close enough to town to get to places easy but far enough out of town to feel like you are camping. We arrived in an unexpected snow storm and didn't have a heated hose. Staff was willing to let us borrow one. All the staff was very accommodating and always made sure we had what we needed. We got a spot with a gazebo, deck, and bbq which was fantastic! Awesome laundry facilities.
