If you're looking to heat up the pool, it's available for an additional utility charge of $75per day (with a 2-night minimum charge). There's no extra utility charge for heating the new hot tub. However, please be aware of the La Quinta short-term rental executive mandate, which prohibits amplified outdoor music and outside noise after 9 pm, with a $1000 fine for non-compliance. Additionally, the property allows no more than 3 cars, as the goal is to create a relaxing vacation experience while being respectful of the full-time residents in the residential neighborhood. Rest assured, we're doing our part to ensure your safety by thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces in the house before your check-in. This is a pet free home. Garage is not available for parking. Driveway and street parking in front of house available. 3 car maximum. Located in the Upper Cove of La Quinta. Beautiful walks directly from the Hacienda to Public Trails of the Santa Rosa Mountains. Iconic Old Town La Quinta with nice restaurants and shopping also nearby. Close to Empire Polo Grounds where Coachella and Stage Coach Music festivals are held. Bus stop nearby. La Quinta also offers Uber and Lyft. Must be over 25 to book. Absolutely no parties, gatherings or outside visitors. No music amplification outside Day or Night. Please be considerate to neighbors.This is a residential neighborhood. We have nice neighbors and want to preserve our relationship. This is a house to come chill and relax. La Quinta short term rental Executive Mandate: No amplified music outside at anytime. No Radio or Speaker outside. No outside noise after 9pm. If Code Enforcement arrives for non compliance a $1000 fine is assessed to guest. No more than 3 cars. Park in driveway or in front of house only. Must wash all dishes or leave running in new dishwasher at checkout. No lifeguard for pool or Hot Tub. No Diving. Use at your own risk.Please be vigilant with children. Pool heat is available for a $125 per day utility charge. Must book all days. No extra charge for Hot Tub. Take trash bins to curb on Monday nights for collection. Return empty trash bins on Tuesday evening after collection. Sorry no pets allowed. Pool Service comes early on Tuesday and Saturday. Only exterior. Does not ring doorbell to disturb you.
