Clean and easy to find your spot even if its 1030pm! We got in no problem, set up was great and bathrooms are well spread out and lit. Amazing swimming area with benches, a BBQ cooking area and a possible snack shack but it was closed when we were there.
We felt that the bathrooms and showers were in need of cleaning and repair. The handicap shower was actually closed with a number to call if you indeed needed a handicap shower. The shelter and picnic table were also in need of a power wash. We had a tent sight which was 33$ for an out of state person. That is a high for the basic with no electricity or water sight. The one very positive was that the tent pad is raised so when it rained we were above the puddles. The other positive is the lake water is clear and looks good for swimming.
this place is really cool ! I did enjoy this park a lot. Also the wild life center people managed some f the lakes around for life living in it. Very nice people too. Diversity in flowers and cactus. Always looking for them
