Boston / Cape Cod KOA Holiday

I visited KOA Boston/Cape Cod this weekend, and we absolutely loved the experience. The space was cozy and well-organized, the service was exceptional, and we received a very warm welcome. (I can't recall the names of the specific people we interacted with), but we want to thank the entire team. I needed a spot to store my travel trailer and was able to make a reservation with them in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend it—it is very well located.

Generally great vibes here! Everyone's just enjoying their time, kids especially. Lots of things for them to do (basketball, jumping on inflatable things, lawngames, ride bikes, etc). Check in is easy, has a little store for snacks souvenirs or needed camping things. Everything at the site worked properly. They also do trash pick up daily which is super helpful. Laundry $4 for wash $3 for dry via app or coin. App only lets you get set amounts of money though so you dont use you lose. Laundry could use some upkeep. Folks dont seem to take out their lint in any of the dryers. Same for some rv s…

I was told at check in that the bathrooms closest to our cabin are closed due to windows being broken. The other bathhouse is very far away. I have medical issues. The minute they realized they would have to shut this bathhouse for more than a day they should have contacted ALL current and future reservations by email and/or text AND they should have put at least one outhouse by this bathhouse. I could live with a minor inconvenience of having to walk far or drive to shower at the other bathhouse, but having no toilets near our cabin and being told at check in with no notice is completely unac…

Luxury camping with plenty of amenities. Woodland location but sites are pretty close together. Cabins are decent with heat and AC.
