We had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.
Absolutely worth it! We had no issues. The rooms were clean and quite and the customer service was great! Northern Lights were amazing! Definitely recommend!
Amazing location. 360 degree views. Staff could not have been more helpful with setting up activities and helping us navigate the whole aurora viewing. When there were problems or concerns with the room, they were quick to help even in the middle of the night. Restaurant is convenient and food is quite good. They have a "charcuterie" event every evening with cheese and crackers, etc. All the activities were fabulous - meet and greet the reindeer, snow machine, sunset tour, and dog sledding. Transfers from Fairbanks' hotel/to airport were seamless. Don't miss the aurora lecture - very…
What an amazing experience! I highly recommend. The rooms were clean and spacious—for an igloo! The staff were extremely attentive from the front desk staff, to the restaurant staff to the excursion guides…all very friendly and knowledgeable. I loved the informational classes at night and the help with taking pics. If you want an experience like no other, choose the Borealis Basecamp. Oh wait…the food was exceptional, and I’m from New Orleans and know good food! I wouldn’t hesitate to commend wholeheartedly.
We've been to Alaska several times, but never in the winter. We planned our northern lights trip to Borealis Base Camp and could not be happier with the results. The place and staff are fantastic. We did three nights in an igloo and it was amazing. We saw the lights all three nights. Each one different, Each spectacular. The variety of colors and shapes was mesmerizing. I was taking pics until dawn each night. ||Our package also included the dog sledding, snow machine and reindeer tours as well as an evening trip to the Alaska pipeline. All were great.||The food, service, and scenery are all 5…
