The baby calves were everywhere! We also enjoyed the extensive trail system on the 500 acre ranch. Firewood was provided and we met the one of the ranch founders, Betty. You won't be disappointed.

The owners met us when we got and explained where everything was. They led us to our camp site which was a secluded wooded site complete with firewood , picnic table and small covered table. There are 2 complete bathrooms at the trailhead area. We were motorcycle tent camping and this place was perfect. The farm is beautiful and we loved our stay.

We had a lovely time at BJ's ranch for the eclipse. It was a last minute booking and they were very communicative. The site was great, had a trash can, picnic table, and giant fire pit! Cute cows and awesome to have a bathroom and potable water on site. As we expected from the listing, it's a bit of hike/drive to the bathroom/potable water area. Lots of fun walking around their huge property while waiting for the eclipse.

Not only is his place GORGEOUS, Joe went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. We plan on staying here every time we are in town.

The kindest hosts I’ve ever encountered. Thank you for a lovely stay and your endless thoughtfulness. Uncle Jack’s Cabin is a rustic, cozy spot with a gorgeous view.
