Nothing fancy but we enjoyed our stay!
What a wonderful place to stay especially if you have pets. The dog park was wonderful!!!
A fellow Rv traveler recommended this Koa to me and my partner. We both work remote. At first everything seemed great, nice views, helpful neighbors but once we hit negative temps we had power outages 2-3 times a week. Mind you, we pay over a $1,000 a month for this spot and that’s pro rated. New owner seems unstable? Had two neighbors tell me she goes around unplugging people’s electricity. Caused one of my neighbors circuit board issues and the other had to replace their surge protectors and rv connects all out if they’re own pockets. It wasn’t till the 3rd power outage they offered to help …
