Mostly great. Cindy, the manager is awesome. The sites are concrete pads, but just long enough for the 5th wheel. It’s barely wide enough to park the truck beside it, but it makes it difficult to access the door because the truck has to be right up against the stairs. Good power and good water pressure. Swimming pool is cold and there’s a small hot tub. It is clean and will maintained. Can receive deliveries and mail here. Terrible experience, $30 upcharge for more than 2 people. Management or the lady in the office is very rude, unprofessional, sneaking hidden fees into your monthly rate, the park is empty, looks full as the make people move to the front to make it look busy, but it’s not, washer works ok dryer take 2-4 to dry, if you’re staying monthly look down the road at tropical, $500 a month all bills paid. $15 extra to check in early, is insane. First time hearing that when we travel full time, for work. Be cautious, lots of better rv parks in the area than this one. Also, the gate takes ages to open up.…
