We’ve been seasonal campers at Big Oaks Family Campground for about ten years, and honestly, the only good thing about this place is its location. That’s it. Everything else has gone downhill or was never good to begin with. The staff are, without question, the rudest people you’ll ever deal with in a business. They don’t care about you, your family, or your experience — only about your money. And it shows. We pay a lot for our seasonal site, yet we’re still charged $5 per person for any guest who visits — even if they’re just dropping something off or staying for five minutes. I’ve literally…
