Cliff at Big Bear Tent Rentals was absolutely fantastic to work with! From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. We are not great party organizers but planned a deck concert last August (2025). We needed a tent in case of rain, in a tight space and on a slight hill. Cliff and his dynamic crew made the tent, tables, chairs, lighting and set up the least stressful part of the entire event. And they smiled the entire time. They know what needs to be done and how to do it. Totally organized. Cliff has great ideas on what works and he makes sure the details get done. I find event planning stressful, but when I am ready for another, Cliff and crew is who I will call. You should too.

So happy we chose big bear for our wedding. They seriously went above and beyond. Very accommodating, good communication, punctual, and very friendly to work with to boot. We would definitely recommend them.
