The gorgeous accommodation on this island features eleven bedrooms, six bathrooms, and can accommodate up to twenty-four guests comfortably. The main structure features nine of the bedrooms, while the two smaller structures feature the other two bedrooms. In the main structure, the green bedroom offers two twin-size beds. In the sewing room, guests will find one queen-size bed. In the Nanny's room, which is also connected to the Porch room, there is one twin-size bed. The boy's bedroom offers two twin-size beds and ocean views through the windows. The Flag Room offers one queen-size bed and is the quietest room in the main house. The pink room features one queen-size bed and ocean views. The yellow room offers two twin-size beds and ocean views from the second floor. The piano room and front porch room feature one king-size bed in each and are both situated on the first floor of the main house. Two queen-size beds can be found in the bedroom in the second residential structure, and three twin-size beds are located in the bedroom in the third residential structure. Full bathrooms with original claw foot-era combined tubs/showers, sinks, and toilets can be found on the front porch, piano, sewing, and pink bedrooms. Two other bathrooms with showers, sinks, and toilets can be found in the separate two residential structures. There is also a partially enclosed outdoor shower located on the property. The fully-equipped kitchen features modern appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, stove, oven, and grill. Additionally, the kitchen has a blender, coffeemaker, toaster, lobster pot, and all the necessary cookware and dinnerware for a proper homemade meal. The kitchen also comes stocked with spices, pantry items, and utensils in the cabinetry. There are two dining areas in the second residential structure, a breakfast table in the kitchen with seats for six to eight people, and an adjoining dining room with a table and seats for twenty-two people. The first and third residential structure both feature comfortable living rooms with couches, chairs, and fireplaces. Guests will not be disappointed at this island retreat. This stunning property features 5000 square feet of floor area amongst the three structures and has all the modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The beach houses feature a private washing and drying machine, a fireplace, complimentary WiFi, cell phone service, heating, a wood stove, a wood burning fireplace, and parking on the island. Towels, linens, basic soaps, and toilet paper are all provided at this property. This property also offers a sauna, an outdoor shower, and boats for guests to use during their stay - one motor boat and one boat with paddles. Canoes and kayaks are also available on site. Additionally, the property also features a private deck, patio, and porch. There are no TVs or radios in any of the residential structures on this property.
