Unbelievable customer service lady, asking about rates and so rude. I will take my business elsewhere! If you get treated that poorly attempting to get rates I could only imagine how the rest of the experience would be. Customer relations go a long ways!
First time in Tampa Bay area with a RV. Our family decided to book a Great looking spot at Bay Bayou. Looks great on the map. However, if you have a RV rental, they Will NOT let you go on their property for unknow reason. After some debate over the phone our family was stranded with no other camp site to go to. It funny how the money is up front right away before we ever were on site, but refund will take 10 to 14 days. So, lesson learn that if you have a RV rental or a camper rental, they will treat you badly. Stay Luckly Spanish Main heard we were Stranded took our family under their watch. …
