Ballard's Campground, Store & RV Park

Several Pads were cement, new and nicely level. 😁. Trees were mostly trimmed. Shady, gravel Roads a little skinny but we didn’t have any trouble getting our 35 ft + toad in. We did have a pull through which is always nice. Owner was friendly , efficient and helpful. We didn’t use showers or bathrm. It was so nice to have an owner/manager be so agreeable and efficient. If we’re ever back this way, this is where we’ll stay.

Great and clean. Quick place to stop for the night

This was a small privately owned campground off 44 a bit though relatively quiet for being so close to the expressway. We had a nice sie, level across from a pretty small pond, close to the bath and shower house. I had a problem with the automatic lock but called the contact number and had it resolved immediately. I did my workout in the pavillion area which was off the campground a bit and private. We enjoyed our stay here and would come again.

A real nice campground. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Guided us to our site, answered our questions nicely. The only downside was the thunder storms that raged through the early night but that sure wasn't the fault of Ballard's. 😄 Will stay there again if our travels take us through the area.
