4/2026 UPDATE: I'm SO happy to report that a change in campground host has been made and our large group has just had our most wonderful visit in years! Now we have the benefit of all the wonderful facility improvements that Forsyth County has made AND campground staff that are welcoming, friendly, and focused on helping all guests have a relaxing weekend in a beautiful spot. 10/2024 It's painful to have to rate this place so poorly. My friends camped at Bald Ridge Creek Campground and I visited 3 times within a 7 day period. Everything about the Campgrpund was/is excellent to the bathrooms to the showers To the entire Campground. Showers and bathrooms were extremely clean. The staff at Bald Ridge Creek Campgrounds is also excellent. All the staff went out of their way to be nice and very helpful.
We enjoyed our first visit to Bald Ridge Creek Campground. The campground was very clean and well kept. Our Camp Hosts Tony and Teresa were awesome. Plus, we were delighted to see their Fur Baby Patches. Thank You, Butch and Mandy, New Windsor, Maryland.
Bald Ridge campground ground deserves 5+ stars. The grounds and restrooms are pristine. The restrooms/showers recently renovated. There is a small beach for the kids on the lakeshore as well as a playground. No laundry facility's. We would definitely go again!
