We have some amazing hiking trails and Arapahoe National Forest in our backyard! Maxwell National Trailhead is 9 mins from the property with free parking and free entrance. Cub Creek Trail Head is also around the corner. Evergreen Lake- 15 min car ride. Fishing, kayaking, picnic. Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre- 30 min car ride. Summer concerts, and movie nights at the park. Our property is at 10,000 feet in the foothills of the Rockies. The last mile is unpaved and has some steep inclines. We receive quite a lot of snow (Oct-May). We require that guests use AWD/4WD vehicles and winter tires to safely access our dome during snow months. Please check weather conditions and follow Colorado traction laws.

Beautiful location. It was very quit and had such gorgeous surroundings. The dome was cozy, comfortable and clean. We will go back!
Our stay at this Hipcamp site was peaceful, scenic, and exactly what we were hoping for. Ernest was friendly and communicative, and the igloo was clean with plenty of space and privacy. We loved sitting by the mini fireplace and hot tub at night under a sky full of stars. Waking up to birdsong and fresh mountain air was also a great addition. Everything felt thoughtfully cared for and simple in the best way no distractions, just a chance to slow down and reconnect. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing, off-the-grid getaway.
Stayed one night at the Dome with our two small dogs and we had a great time! The pros were that the hot tub was hot and clean, the outdoor grill and propane fireplace worked great, and the design and view inside the dome were awesome! Two things to be aware of is that the hot tub can really only fit two adults comfortably and since there are no blinds in the dome an eye mask might be a good thing to bring if the moon light / sunshine would bother you. The cons were that during our stay it did get really cold at night even with all of the heaters running so I would suggest bringing warm clothe…
Perfect little spot for a night away! We had a friend in town and just needed a space for girl's night, this was exactly what we wanted! Very cute, has everything you need, the projector was perfect, and the sauna was a nice touch! Highly recommend.
So cozy, clean, modern and relaxing getaway. Spend the day around Evergreen town, there is plenty to do around for all ages.
