Great experience from the time we made our reservation until we checked out. As always, KOA communicated well before, throughout and after our stay. Sites were ample. Not too small and not overly large. Cute park with a good sized dog run, cable tv, horseshoes, kids playground, and trails directly from the park. I don't think they are very long but enough to get you started before you head out to all the everything the Asheville and Smokey Mountains have to offer. Nice place in between Ashville and Maggie Valley

I spent all day trying to find a place just to fill and dump my tank. After multiple KOA’s did not answer my call for hours. This location finally answered and told me I would be able to do a water tank fill and grey tank dump…. Drove half an hour after using the last of my water for dishes to do so, just to be told I could only dump… They followed up with a BS lie trying to save face. I very specifically said fresh water FILL and dump on the call multiple. Yes, I corrected them that it was a black tank and not a grey tank. The cabin was clean with very limited electrical outlets. The hosts were friendly! However, we stayed just 1 night in a camping cabin, and they charged an additional $31 for our little pug dog for one night. This is not fair to charge this much.
