3 acres between a pond and the North St Vrain with flat spots for camping and parking. Ride a bike, walk, or inner tube 1 mile into town or to Planet Bluegrass. Plenty of parking for vans and RVs. Bike 4 minutes to Hall Ranch for one of the front range's best mountain biking trails. No bathrooms, showers, or water available so please plan to be self maintained, meaning you must have a toilet inside your vehicle! This camping is in the field next to our house.

Great quiet and beautiful place to stay for the night. The easy access to a private spot on the creek was a major plus! Amelia was super nice and even made us tea at her tea house in town.
Great spot just minutes away from Lynn’s. If you’re looking for an easy place to park and stay the night, with great access to town, this is the spot.
Peaceful spot tucked into a winding, green river valley. I slept like a rock and woke to songbirds. Amelia made it effortless to arrive, enjoy the farm, and depart. Will definitely be back!
Great and friendly host! Close to town but not too close. Nice and quiet. Enjoyed our short walk to the river to wade. Would go back.
It is a very quiet piece of property close to town. We stayed in our RV so brought all of the amenities with us!
