Compared to Julian and Palomar Mountain this was a top notch spot! Eric was very welcoming and hospitable. My power inverter died and Eric saved the day by joining a few extension cords to his property so I could heat up water. Will definitely return.

We had a fantastic time at this site! Host Eric was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and offered great tips to make our stay smooth, including recommending a pop-up canopy which turned out to be a lifesaver in the sun. Great camping spot! We were looking for a last-minute site over the holiday season, and this place totally met our expectations. Talking birds next door was a little weird and no grass isn't ideal but it was beautiful and not too hot or cold to sleep at night. Owners dog is a beautiful German Shepherd who was very friendly with us and our dogs, that made me feel very safe as well.
