Called about a cabin rental for 12 days was told the price, and decided to put my RV in the shop and rent the cabin with the family for the 12 days. Showed up and was told by the receptionist that she don't have the keys for the cabins and the manager doesn't like to answer the phone on the weekends and the managers daughter who is in charge when the manager isn't there will not answer the phone on the weekends but she would text them and see what she could do. Well we waited and waited and by God, she wasn't lying, no one responded to her text. Now here I am with my wife and autistic daughter…
Great RV campground with wonderful staff. Very well kept, neat and clean. Pool, hot tub and laundry, showers and bathrooms like new.
Got there after hours.. two of the owners were going out to dinner saw us,and stopped. Very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms super clean. Would stay again.
Great people in the front office! Our site in the big rig section was really nice!
