Step into our true chefs kitchen equipped with all the essentials to make your culinary masterpiece including a BBQ grill on the back patio.You're sure to enjoy a fireplace in the living room, one in the master bedroom and an antique cast iron pot belly stove outdoors that was rescued from the original "Landers Brew". You will be provided with enviro-logs for the indoor fires and split oak for the outside. SLEEPING: The property has sleeping accommodations for up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Check-In 4–9pm | Check-Out by 10am: No early check-ins or late check-outs due to strict sanitation protocols. Dogs: Must be approved prior. $100 cleaning & companion fee per dog (max 2). Strictly monitored. No Smoking/Candles Indoors: Outside only, 15+ feet from doors. $250 fine for violations. Respect Neighbors: No outdoor noise 10pm–8am. Failure to comply = cancellation. Keep All Doors Closed: Desert animals can enter easily. No Shoots Without Approval: Commercial use must be cleared in writing. Personal social media posts are welcome! No Events Without Approval: Parties, weddings, etc., require written permission. Fees may apply. Access Required: Guests must allow property staff access for routine maintenance and inspections. No Glitter/Confetti: Remove all decorations by checkout (11am). Children: No infants. Children 2+ must be included in guest count. Shared Campground Next Door: Friendly Glampers share the adjacent fenced property. Clean Up: Excessive mess = $500 cleaning fee. WiFi: Internet is remote. No illegal/abusive use. 24/7 Guest Contact: Must respond within 30 min to county violation call or risk a $1,000 fine (guest's responsibility). Reschedules: Within 15 days = must cancel and rebook. Subject to standard cancellation policy. Security Cameras: On exterior only — driveway, entrances. No cameras face private areas. Parking: Max 1 car per 2 guests. Damages: Notify us of any breakage. Unreported items = $100+ per item + repair/replacement. Charges exceeding deposit billed via Resolution Center. Rental Agreement: May be required before arrival.
