Enjoy the updated and fully stocked kitchen, spacious living and dining areas. Need a little more space? The detached ADU makes for the perfect group getaway with 1 queen bed. 1 twin bed and half bath. Perfect place to unwind. Whether you’re looking to get away with friends or need a place to work remotely, Golden Woods has it all. What you’ll find inside: - Open living area - Dining area, perfect for family game night or gathering with friends (we provide the games) - Fully stocked kitchen, ready for your home recipes - Smart TV for streaming movies or watching your favorite shows - Fast, reliable WiFi that’s more than enough to stream movies and hold video calls - Plenty of space for friends to gather or remote work - 3 bedrooms with plenty of storage space for longer stays Bedroom 1: King bed Bedroom 2: Queen over queen bunk bed Bedroom 3 (ADU): 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed - 1 Full Bath and 1 half bath in the ADU Outside you’ll find: - Brand new hot tub - just grab a towel and step right in! - Fire pit with seating for the whole group - Propane grill - String lights for a relaxing evening - Plenty of parking We often take our three little kids and dog to the cabin with us, so we're very family and dog-friendly. Unfortunately we don't allow cats (we're allergic). Beyond the cabin itself, we love how close to everything we are -- Just 6 minutes to downtown New Market, VA. Interstate 81, and Route 11 with all its towns full of shops, eateries, historic sites, and other attractions. 20 minutes to Luray, VA, to enjoy the Luray Caverns, have a bite to eat, or continue on to Skyline Drive and the Shenandoah National Park. This area of Virginia has so much to offer, and Golden Woods is the perfect place – whether you want to explore the area, or just cozy up around the fire and take in the sites. We’d love to host you!
