We only stayed one night and booked online, so we did not interact with staff. Not much shade as others mentioned but this is not uncommon these days. Easy to park and we enjoyed the park. It's close to Amana Colonies - which is a very cute area with shopping, winery tasting room, brewery, bakery, coffee shop, and much more. We loved the flat, level easy spot for our one night stay and didn't have to unhook. We would stay again for a few nights and visit Amana Colonies. We did stop at the bakery coffee shop on our way out. Military discount when we booked online. The office was closed when …
