Well kept and super friendly staff
First time here I got yelled at because my shit had a swear word on it so I had to change my shirt and no alcohol allowed but other than that it was a really nice koa
Employee would not give me the managers name and when the manager was available. Employee would out give me her name. When I complained she hung up on me. Beware: this KAO has a two week cancellation policy. If you hit a blizzard they will not refund you anything two days in advance even when their campground is empty! If you try to reschedule… they will charge you the full amount again. Worst staff encounter ever… she didn’t even answer the phone as KOA… instead just said hello…didn’t even know I reached a KOA… no professionalism… no kindness. If their campground was full I would understand b…
