Brad customer service horrible. Otherwise great staff
I lived here for 8 months (July–March), so this is a long-term perspective. Pros: Great location and a solid community. Full hookups and usually plenty of available spaces. It’s pet-friendly with good walking areas. The grounds are generally clean, dumpster service is consistent, and the women’s bathrooms/showers are well maintained. Kelly is by far the best employee — professional, helpful, and kind every time I interacted with her. Cons: Management can be hit or miss. I witnessed Brad speaking disrespectfully to staff in the office, which was uncomfortable. Paul once threatened to call the p…
