The A-frame style house has two bedrooms, two baths and an incredible deck that sits twenty feet over the river. The master bedroom and well-appointed sitting area are right next to Palisades Creek and have private access to a full master bath. Up the winding log staircase is the second bedroom and full bath. Additional space for kids can be made with a roll away bed. There is plenty of room here to gather your group for a cocktail or meeting before or after your day of fishing. A gorgeous bridge over Palisades Creek has been set up for you to walk back to the lodge for meals. Located at the confluence of the Snake River and Palisades Creek, the spacious South Fork House features two bedrooms, private baths, a well-appointed living room, a river rock fireplace, a wet bar, and a large private deck. The executive Chef, Bob Swanson, prepares fresh, regional cuisine to perfection each and every evening. Your day begins at the lodge in the "Cowboy Bar". Hot coffee or tea and fresh pastries are served every morning along with fresh fruit, cereals and milk. A superb continental breakfast is offered for a light fare, or you can order anything else you would like. The unlimited menu includes your favorite breakfast every morning. The Lodge chef has pancakes, omelets, bacon, sausage, Idaho potato hash browns, and anything else you desire before heading out on the Blue Ribbon Trout waters. Lunches at the lodge are the best in the west. Every lunch comes in an insulated box with a hand-wipe and spork pack, napkin, hard candy, mayonnaise, mustard, fresh cookie, chips, candy bar, fresh fruit, a variety of salads, peanuts, and a wrap or sandwich. You will also be supplied with water and sodas to keep you hydrated during your glorious day of fishing or mountain activities. As guests arrive back at the "Lodge" they are chauffeured back to the front door of their private cabin. A beverage and snacks await you in your room to quench your thirst after a full day of activities. You will be offered an appetizer before you sit for your incredible dinner. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Friends you might see when you dine include the amazing hummingbird population, osprey, bald eagles and the occasional big game. Dining in the Lodge is always an experience. There is always an incredible chef from the large pool of talent in the Jackson Hole area. This year, Chef Bob Swanson, a truly wonderful person, will be your Chef. The dining dress is casual, but the food is world class.
